design concept
the design of the build out came to address the programmatic needs of the business and to create unique spatial experience of the two different specialties included in the space; a dental unit and pediatrics unit. These two specialties are supported by admin office, x-ray, sterilization amenities . All served with single-loaded corridor that starts at the reception and turns 15 degrees at the rear third of the space that acts as a miniature urban path with differing textural wall finishes painted with white.
